Contents of the Notice
- The District’s Equity Contact information;
- The nondiscrimination statement regarding the Boy Scouts of America and other designated youth groups;
- School Board Policy 2.16, including grievance procedures related to harassment and discrimination.
Please ensure this notice is posted in locations that are readily visible to staff and students. To maximize accessibility, the notice should be displayed in multiple prominent areas, including your school or department bulletin board. Additionally, this notice must be included in your school or department newsletter at least once each school year.
